Who can request a return?

Anyone who purchases from WearTravelers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our products, but you can request a return for any reason.

Return Requirements

We accept any return as long as the products are returned in the same condition in which you received them, in perfect condition with the label still attached.
They must not show any sign of wear or use and must be returned including the ecological box in which they arrived.
If these conditions are not met, the return procedure will not result in a refund.

How We Refund

Once we have verified the conditions of the returned products, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be the exact amount you paid, excluding shipping costs.
You can request a cash refund, or a discount coupon of the same amount to be used for the purchase of other products on our website.

How to request it

To request a return fill out the online form at the bottom of the page.
Once completed, you will receive an initial automatic confirmation by email which will be followed by an email from us where we will confirm the start of the return procedure. We will then provide you with the address where to send the products at your expense.

  2. Wait for our confirmation by email.
  3. Proceed to pack the products making sure they are perfectly intact.
  4. Ship the products at your expense by courier / postal service of your choice to the address that we will provide in response to the email acceptance of the refund.
  5. Provide us the tracking email of the package you shipped so we can keep it monitored.
  6. Wait for our confirmation by email of the arrival of the package and the consequent approval of the refund.

Chargeback time

The timeframe for re-crediting varies based on the reimbursement method you have chosen:

  • in the case of the discount voucher to be used on the website, the disbursement of the voucher will be almost simultaneous to the closure of the reimbursement practice.
  • in the case of a cash refund, it will be made within 10 days of the closing of the refund file.

Defective or non-conforming products

Our products are shipped with extreme care to ensure a high level of quality. The products are carefully prepared to avoid any problems during transport.

If despite this you are delivered an incorrect or damaged product, we ask you to contact us within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of order, by sending an email to info@weartravelers.com specifying and attaching:

WARRANTY

The purchased products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers conformity defects of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery. Return shipping costs to WearTravelers are the responsibility of the consumer.
